Pros: The hotel filled my expectations in terms of comfort and service. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they made me feel truly valued as a guest. Also the cleaning staff were very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and the lifeguard was both friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which featured eough for me and my family variety of fresh and tasty options. The location of a hotel was conveniently situated near quiet surroundings. Overall, my stay was satisfying. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!

The staff make this hotel a pleasurable experience.

Pros: The staff were amazing ! Ghafaar on reception was so helpful. Room service was quick and staff were attentive! The location is great!

Cons: Breakfast was poor. Tea coffee was cold. Rooms were tired looking and needed updating. Switch sockets were coming away from the wall. Water marks on ceilings from leaks. Wifi is terrible!!! Barely get any signal.

Nice upper-middle-class hotel in a quiet residential area. Very good value for money.

Pros: Quiet location in a residential area in West Amman. Nice rooms, attractive lobby, breakfast is okay and available until 10:30. Attentive reception service. Very good value for money.

Cons: Swimming pool is open only from May. The air conditioning is very loud, the beds are relatively soft, the comforters very heavy and thick. Not every staff member speaks good English. Service at breakfast could be more attentive. No possibility to buy cold drinks. No hotel bar (maybe only during Rammadan?).
