Pros: Almost everything was as per expectation. They did for me upgrade. Room spacious. Clean. Hotel materials and accessories were excellent, AC, toilets, doors, privacy, etc.

Cons: The staff at the spa were not as per expected, the masseuse has no experience.

In general, a great place for a short stay in Amman.

Pros: A nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights, located in a very nice area of Amman. The staff is very pleasant and hospitable. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious.

Cons: The pool merged with the dinning area, not very suitable.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

Pros: The room was very nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom (of course, I prefer shower-like nozzles to bidets :)), very clean, and very peaceful. The location was less than 5 minutes walk to my meeting venue. It was also very convenient that there was a small supermarket right by the hotel. Arrangements for taxi and quality of taxis were also very good.

Cons: Regarding the breakfast, I didn't dislike it, but the quality was not as good as some other hotels I have stayed in (variety of and quality of dishes). The coffee did not taste good either.

A wonderful retreat for relaxation, away from the crowds

Pros: The location is excellent, with easy access to many nearby attractions. The rooms offered exceptional sound insulation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. They were also very comfortable, making it easy to relax

Cons: Adding more day-to-day variety to the breakfast options would enhance the overall experience The swimming pool was closed throughout my stay
