Great

Pros: The room was very tidy, the staff very friendly and the location close to pretty much everything

Cons: The breakfast should definitely be improved, and there is an issue with the room temperature, it never went above 21 degrees.

Pros: staff are very friendly and helpful. i felt comfortable during my stay. very good breakfast. there is Tche Tche cafe right next to the hotel which is great. overall, i enjoyed my stay. recommended.

Pros: Staff are very friendly. Really helpful and accommodating. Always smiling! :) Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Pros: Comfortable beds, nice shower, water bottle provided in the room which had a fridge. Nice shisha/dessert cafe and decent bar. Breakfast was a nice spread.

Cons: AC wasn't as cold as I would have liked it (this was in two separate rooms during my stay). Have to go into the city for food, other than was provided at the hotel, but Ubers are cheap.

Great hotel nice staff!

Pros: Nice staff nice rooms very nice receptionist who helped with our car!

Cons: The pool was not open and it was 28 degrees! I chose the hotel for the pool!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast! The gym was good! The room size was good. There was instant coffee and tea for me. The bottled water was replaced every day!

Cons: Well the pool was not working, but it was explained in the booking that my trip is out of the summer season and that the pool will be opened in the beginning of June.

Pros: The staff is extremely polite. They constantly offer their assistance. They ask if you’re feeling well, if you’re satisfied with the cleaning and the food.

Great budget base - friendly staff

Pros: The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, (it’s suburban, but with a few small supermarkets close by), and I had great sweeping view of the city. The main lobby and general areas are all very well maintained and the staff were all friendly and polite. It’s basic room wise, but a good basic, everything worked fine but there’s no fancy trimmings. There’s a nice little outdoor patio at the front and the on sight coffee bar came in very handy (they also sell redbull there ) - felt perfectly safe walking around the streets there, night or day. My flight arrived at 1am so I messaged the hotel to advise of my very late arrival, but they seemed set up and used to that already as lots of flights land at silly times.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard for my liking so I did keep having to roll about. There are a few little grubby bits with the cleaning, but this didn’t bother me at all, as overall everything is hygienic and clean
