Pros: A luxury hotel with outstanding, attentive staff and an excellent concierge service. The breakfast is top-notch, offering both exceptional quality and a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, quiet, and featured an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and well designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout the stay.

Stunning hotel - would stay again

Pros: Room was beautiful , staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. The Jordanian people went outbound to give us a little bit of home with their Christmas trees and even a foyer Christmas market

Cons: I’m not sure why it seems impossible to use hairdryer in bathrooms

Nice, most of the staff were incredibly polite, professional and helpful.

Pros: They were very attentive and accommodating when I raised concerns.

Cons: The housekeeping staff were infrequent. On our final evening they didn’t even show up.

Pros: Everything was nice. The staff are exceptionally very good. I would like to thank Mosab, Anas and Ahmed at the Breakfast. I would like to thank Omar and Mohamed by the pool

Cons: The number of stretchers and tables by the pool was limited, the weather was very nice, so everyone went to the pool. I guess the number should be re viewed by the hotel management.

Pros: Exceptional service from Ahmad Ali Afaneh in the St Regis ground floor bar, and Ahmad Abuobeid in the top floor bar. Both went above and beyond to make the stay special, and I cannot thank them enough for such dedicated service! Thoroughly recommend
