Relaxing in a top end hotel.

Pros: Modern decor with top end electrical appliances. Super clean and room is sound proof so the noise from the bus street does not impact the tranquility inside the room.

Exceptional

Pros: Hands down, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in - and we have travelled to over 30 countries and always stay in 5 star hotels. This one in particular stood one by its incredible hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. The warmth, friendliness, the care and thoughtfulness was just very special. Joliana checked us in and out and really went out of her way to engage, give us some tips for our next stop in Wadi Rum and even called them ahead to let them know of our arrival - such a kind and special touch. The room was outstanding. We were welcomed by beautiful selection of chocolates and the room was impeccable. Plenty of space for 2 cases, bathroom was spacious, bright with a nice shower. Wardrobes had everything we needed and more. Laundry service was impeccable. We couldnt fault the hotel at all, it is truly special and we will be back next time we're in Amman. Thank you 💛
