Pros: It was a fabulous experience. The staff was great, friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, very, very clean. Though the hotel has been there for many years but it was taken care of in such a way that competes with the new hotels surrounding Sheraton. Simply I fell in love with this hotel because I have been staying in hotels around the world but this stay has been memorable. Also, the breakfast was amazing! The food catered to all sort of tastes from east, west,north or west. You name it, they had it on the menu. I ran out of words to express how pleasant had my stay been.

Pros: Location, staff, value for money, size of room and spa facilities.

Cons: It's not that I didn't like, the property needs upgrading. I had access to business lounge, same breakfast every day.
