Short Stay, Maximum Comfort.

Pros: As we arrived after midnight and left following morning to dead sea resort, I didn't have time to look into details but generally all look good to me.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like but I rate this property only 9 because I had a better checking in experience in Shangri-La The Shard, London (I rated 10 for that).

Pros: The staff were so attentive, they truly made our stay. Very clean. Room size was perfect with all the amenities. Food quality excellent

Truly exceptional

Pros: One can truly feel the warm hospitality of the Jordanian people. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive—from the doorman and receptionists to the breakfast restaurant waiters. Everyone was helpful and polite. We also had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, where the food was delicious. Special compliments to the chef for offering us a wonderful house specialty.

The right choice for luxury amenities

Pros: Relatively new hotel, with multiple facilities, very clean and well organized

Didn't liked being seated next to smokers, both at dinner as well as at the breakfast, but I understand that this is allowed by local regulation. Check-in can be automated, at least most part of it, no need to waste 10-15 minutes more, it is unpleasant after you come from a long, night flight. And was not happy with the upselling attempt of the receptionist, to make me accept a better room at double price. My personal feeling is that the personnel is overstaffed, not creating faster, better service, on the contrary.

A luxurious and comfortable stay with service that makes you want to come back again!

Pros: Everything about the hotel exceeded expectations! Breakfast was a standout, impressive variety, high quality, and always fresh options that truly was amazing.

Cons: Service response times could be a bit faster, and a few small details in the room needed closer attention from housekeeping. Nothing major, but improving these would make the experience flawless.

Pros: The reception, especially a girl named Haya from the reception, welcomed me in an exceptionally professional and welcoming way
