Pros: Nice stuff ,they provide me late check out 14pm... If you ask for water they give you , really nice people and nice lobby

Cons: Hotel is older than Petra ,they need renovating everything in the room's, bathroom unbelievable old I don't know who gives the stars to Hotel but this is 1 star maximum hotel

It was good overall.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and accomodating. We had to modify our booking to earlier date and hotel staff was very cooperative. We finally were able to book our room.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort.

Pros: An excellent experience in every aspect at Shepherd Hotel. From the moment of arrival, the reception was warm and professional, and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was fast and exceeded expectations. The location is great and convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, showing a clear attention to guest comfort. A truly wonderful stay and definitely worth repeating.

Pros: The hotel was able to accommodate a last minute reservation, and helped with a special request for a bigger room. Much appreciated.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel in Amman. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, but I especially want to thank the reception team and the hotel management. They were always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman and looking for good value, a great location, and exceptional service

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room service and housekeeping , thanks for Zaid and Ibrahim and Fahed for all the good energy they gave

Pros: Friendly staff who were helpful. WiFi connection was strong and consistent. The location was great to visit the old city and roman ruins.
