Slightly expensive with a modestly dated look, but impressively clean, highly recommended, and supported by an excellent

Pros: A beautiful, elegant hotel offering comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality, special thanks to mr mohamed malaeb from reception team

Cons: The hotel is slightly on the pricier side, and the rooms have a somewhat classic, older style; however, they are exceptionally clean and very well maintained

My favorite place in Amman for 15 years

Pros: I have been staying here for over 15 years, and it remains my favorite place in Amman. The atmosphere is calm and refined, the service is consistently warm, and every visit feels familiar yet special. It is always a stay I genuinely look forward to.

Pros: A while ago, I found an annoying review on Booking.com about a person named Emad in the reception department. After my experience with this person, I found him to be one of the best employees in the Royal Hotel in terms of cooperation and speed of service in everything. He is a very polite and kind person. This review is incorrect because this person I dealt with is more than wonderful. This hotel is lucky to have this person, and I thank the reception manager, Muhammad Abu Sheikh, for his good choice of an employee like this. Thank you, Royal Hotel, for your excellent service.

Pros: Many wonderful things to share. It was an amazing staff and very cooperative. Right from beginning at reception desk, Mohammad helped explain several things and accommodated our requests very kindly. At breakfasts, Maher and the staff were very polite and really welcoming and loving with our children; had very good family time at breakfasts. The view from our hotel room was also very beautiful like view of sun. I wish and pray the very best for everyone in team.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly made the experience special was the staff specially mr. ABDULLAH from reception staff ,everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

If I return to Jordan, I'll return to Royal Amman for sure. Spa facilities and Breakfast were great!

Pros: Location was close to the centre of the city, the spa facilities were great and the breakfast was a fantastic mix of continental and local Jordanian food.

Cons: The hotel was quite expensive but then Jordan is an expensive country compared to others in the region so I can't blame Le Royal Amman for that. it's more to do with currency exchange rates and the Jordanian Dinar being quite a strong currency.
