Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, the service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made me feel welcome right away. The location is excellent: many of the most important places in Amman are within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the city without relying on taxis. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with a high standard throughout. I especially appreciated the large size of the room, the kitchenette, and the extremely comfortable bed – perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was clean, well designed, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was a real highlight of the stay – delicious, high quality, and varied, a great start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay here again when visiting Amman.

The two services that stood out the most were the excellent breakfast and the kindness of the staff, who were always polite, professional, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a strong sense of safety and relaxation. The outdoor areas as well as the lounge are beautifully designed and very well maintained, making them perfect for unwinding and enjoying your stay. They truly make the hotel stand out, do not know their names but thank you! Lots of choices, everything is always fresh and tasty. The coffee is outstanding

Cons: Nothing to complain about - may be the breakfast could have been more extensive - but nothing to complain about as such.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel twice on the same trip. Fantastic hotel in a great part of town. The hotel assisted with storing our luggage between stays. Helpful staff.
