Great choice for Amman

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay and extended extra days at The Y Hotel. Their staff, both front desk and reservation, are friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: The property is very central, 10 mins from rainbow street. Mostly Ayad was super welcoming and nice, always present an helpful. We loved his positive attitude and smile

Cons: The property was nice, breakfast was good. However some facilities were missing. We didn’t have an hair dryer and the AC wasn’t working. The room was a bit cold

Good value option for short Amman stay

Pros: Good location close to the end of Rainbow Street and approximately 30 minutes walk from the Roman theatre and citadel. Very friendly check in attendant who stayed up late to let us in. Good breakfast. Nice quiet neighbourhood and good views over the valley and city with balcony room.

Cons: The room was slightly run down and could do with a refresh. No major problems and would not stop us from staying there again.

Lovely hotel, great location and very helpful staff.

Pros: the room was small but had everything I needed, with water supplied and tea and coffee making facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable with really lovely bedding. Breakfast was supplied - it was comprehensive and a mix of traditional Jordanian and Western food. the location is excellent and close to most tourist spots and very quiet.

Cons: there was really nothing that I did not like.

Good value, central location.

Pros: Great position. Quiet, comfortable room. Good bed and shower. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to citadel and Rainbow St. Ayad the hotel manager was lovely and very helpful. Excellent value.

Cons: Hotel is a little run down and could do with a deep clean and a refurbishment. But it's clean enough and everything works ok.

Cozy stay in Amman

Pros: Our second time staying here. Cozy and comfortable during winter time. Calm and quiet, we could rest very well. Nice breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Easy to get around in Amman - it's a short walk to the rainbow street and online taxi careem usually comes in 2-3 mins after booking. Ayad, as always, ensured we had a wonderful stay here.

Great spot and excellent value for money

Pros: Room was huge with separate lounge, bedroom and balcony. Two aircon units in the room. Blackout curtains were helpful. Great view over Amman. Location was good, few pubs and restaurants nearby and about 15-20min walk to Rainbow Street. Breakfast was good with a few choices. Staff were very lovely and available when you needed. Great to be able to sit and have a tea or coffee after we'd checked out while waiting for our cab.

Cons: Water temperature in the shower was difficult to manage. Other than that, everything was great.
