Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable it is the best choice for budget-conscious travelers. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and friendly. One highlight was meeting many young, well-educated guests from other Arab countries and they are doing language courses and awaiting visa processes for European countries. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Very central, with countless shops, cafes, and restaurants right at the doorstep.

Cons: Minor improvement suggestion: Cleaning details (e.g., bathroom corners).

Nice hotel for a family with kids

Pros: Good Location I was given 2 adjacent spacious rooms by the owner Our Driver Abdullah was excellent- friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and was always on time- 5 star for him nearby shops and restaurants Rainbow street is only 15mins walk Strong wifi

Cons: Staffs are not friendly, No help to carry luggage Refused to give tea bags Rooms and bathrooms could be more cleaner.

Good budget accomodation

Pros: The rooms are quite large and clean. The location is very good we walked downtown from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff are very friendly. It is very good value for money.
