Armada Avenue Hotel Amman

Pros: We had an unexpected and wonderful stay at Armada Avenue Hotel in Amman. A very special thanks to Sara at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, always willing to help with anything we needed and making the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very begining till end of our stay. We would also like to thank Fares at the bar for his excellent service and friendly attitude and send a big appreciation to Ahmad, the chef, whose delicious meals were absolutely outstanding (he is truly a master of desserts:)

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good location

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants and shops.

Pros: Enjoyed our stay here. Nice staff and good breakfast. Location is nice too, close to the Philippinos community so you can find nice grocery stores

A super hotel with everything we needed.

Pros: The property was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful. We had a huge room with comfy bed and great views of the 2nd Circle roundabout and city skyline. Sadam on the front desk went out of his way to help us.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a really nice experience. What I liked: \t•\tThe location is great — very convenient and close to everything. \t•\tThe lobby is clean and well organized, which gives a nice first impression. \t•\tThe staff are super professional and helpful, especially Mr. Ali (the General Manager), Mr. Rathi, and Mr. Hisham — they really made sure everything went smoothly.

Cons: What could be better: The hotel is quite new (opened just a couple of months ago), but there are still a few things in the rooms that need some improvement. That said, with such a great location and a friendly team, I’m sure this place will get even better once those small details are taken care of

I loved the stay, Saddam helped me so much and was so hospitable, he kept going out of his way to make me happy.

Pros: I loved the stay and I was surprised by the hospitality I received. Saddam and Samir was especially kind and welcoming , always asking if he could help with anything to make my stay easier, Sara, Sulayman and Wair— they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after throughout my entire trip. Their hospitality and attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. I truly appreciate all their help and friendliness, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
