Luxurious accommodation - recommended!

Pros: Amazing hotel - Hotel has amazing Spa facilities. Very comfortable room and very nice people. They gave us late check out for free although we did not need it eventually. Breakfast - super delicious!

Pros: Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. They gave us a very warm welcome and gave us also excellent recommendations for restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. All spa facilities, gym, indoors pool and jacuzzi were perfect touch to relax after a long day visiting Amman.

Pros: The staff was extremely kind, helpful and nice to me. The breakfast was so good and the variety of food was great. The restaurants were great too. The roomservice, flawless. I can recommend this hotel.

Cons: The room wasn't well cleaned when I arrived. I found toothpaste leftovers on a shelf in the bathroom. And a large coffe spot on carpet, which was later removed.

A nice and calm place to stay

Pros: Breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The staff at breakfast are very attentive and friendly. Room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the city. Spa facilities very nice and clean and a perfect place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Staff was lovely and recommended great restaurant choices and places too go. My friend had a massage and said it was one of the best she had.

Cons: Not much choice on the TV channels and the TV would loose connection at times and would be a bit slow. Wish they had more choices of movie channels in English as they only had 1 otherwise everything else was fine.

Beautiful hotel with great spa

Pros: Beautiful room with amazing city views. Friendly staff and late check out permitted. Pool and spa was one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel. Location good but still an Uber to main downtown areas.

Cons: Minor suggestion but felt odd for a 5* hotel catering to all types of guest not to serve draft beer.
