Wonderful trip to Amman at all levels

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected and the balcony seats were pleasant

Cons: Housekeeping was not always optimal but they would readily respond to any missing items or tasks not done earlier. There was building work nearby, the noise could be heard.

Pros: Stay was loevey Nice hotel, good value for money Clean, tidy and nice room Fresh bedding Lovely fresh brekfast, esurant staff vey welcomh and looks after you, Batool and the team Check in was so smooth, Khalid the duty manager was professional, welcoming , kind and well dressed( Nice tie 😊 ) Khalid helped with early check in request which was great help and all front desk staff Overall it was very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Cons: a nearby grocery shop would be ideal 😇

Cons: Our shower leaked out into the bathroom floor quite badly, but I suspect it was just blocked drainage which has been remedied now we have reported it.

Pros: Every thing was perfect specially the stuff and the Hotel facilities. In the side of hitel zaytona cafe and near 3 min by car taj mall . Thanks for khaled and thuraya from reception for Their diligent follow-up.

Pros: The professionalism, the effortless way of helping and the smile of all the staff ( security , reception, housekeeping the restaurant).

Pros: The location of Hotel, and the full cervise in the studio.

Cons: It's need more care for maintenance, doors the excicors in the twalate.
