Pros: All the staff was very friendly and helpfull.Hotel si nice. In the corridors is some scent, som all Hotel smells nice. Location I chose because I wanted to rent a car. And very close is Maestro bar and Restaurant with good food and real beer

Very pleasant stay
Pros: The room was very nice, with a large and comfortable bed. There were two comfortable armchairs, which made the space even more relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The electrical outlets were suitable for European devices, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a pleasant temperature. There were also many different lighting options, which created a nice atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we had an early morning excursion, we asked if breakfast could be packed to take with us, and our request was accommodated without any problem. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and we even received a small goodbye gift, which was a lovely touch. There were bedside tables on both sides of the bed, which was practical. Airport pickup and transportation were smooth and hassle-free.
Cons: Minor points (not a big deal): - There was a slight noise from the street, but it may simply be something to get used to, as it seems to be part of the local atmosphere. - The breakfast selection was not very large, although this may be more a matter of personal taste. - We could occasionally hear some noise from the corridor when someone was passing at night.

People make places, nothing else!
Pros: Just like Jordan, this place is made by wonderful real people, not amenities. We requested not to be on the top floor and they moved us to a much bigger and nicer room free of charge. Breakfast was included by default. It was simply amazing. There were so many good Middle Eastern options and sweets! When we were leaving, the host in the restaurant asked us where we were going next. We said Dead Sea and he gave us a pack of bath salts and scrub as a present to use there. He had absolutely no reason to do this!
Cons: It's a downtown hotel in Amman so no frills.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well organized. The location is excellent — it’s not far from the mosque, the church, and downtown, which made it very convenient for us.

Great value for money next to downtown Amman
Pros: I highly recommend this hotel, as the value-to-money ratio is absolutely unbeatable. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are decent, water pressure is excellent, breakfast is more than decent, staff is welcoming and smiley. Location is excellent, just off the historic centre of Amman, so you can easily walk there and/or back (15 minutes), and still, it is out of the hustle and bustle. Importantly, room service is excellent and super efficient.
Cons: The matrasses could be better. They are ok, but not more than that. The windows in the room cannot be opened, and they could and should be cleaner.

Great place to stay in Amman
Pros: This is a great hotel for anyone looking to explore Amman city. We only stayed for one night, but it was a pleasant experience. We parked our car safely on the road right in front of the hotel, and from there, we were able to walk to all the main attractions within 20 minutes. The location is very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to choose from. We felt safe in the area, even though it’s slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Amman and want a comfortable, convenient base for exploring the city

I was overwhelmed by the kindness and effort made by the staff
Pros: When I was leaving the property I asked at reception if I would be able to get a greeting card. The staff went above and beyond to help me in what ever way they could. I was very touched by how they tried to facilitate my request. Thank you so much!!
