Petra Karam Hotel

Pros: The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, with nice showers, and the room was quite spacious. Check in was very easy and the manager was helpful. There was parking right in front of the hotel. The location is a bit of a drive uphill from Petra, but with a car it was no problem. The area isn't super interesting but there are some restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk.

Cons: The breakfast could have had more options, the bread tasted a bit old. There wasn't really a view from the window, and the roof terrace wasn't really set up for sitting (though the weather was too cold anyways).

Pros: Clean room, good location, friendly stuff - they even prepared us breakfast to go, because we had early check out.

Pros: New room on ground floor with some steps up from reception, clean, easy to find, parking in front, wifi works well.

Cons: Maybe the option of eggs, not just cold boiled eggs for breakfast will be nice.

Perfect stay

Pros: The room was beautiful and very new , the bed was insanely soft and comfortable I didn’t want to leave! Great location and views

Pros: Great hotel for this price. The room was clean, the staff was very friedly, free parking by the hotel, wi-fi was working good. The breakfast was tasty and you can also have dinner in the hotel.

Cons: The room was cold in December, but A/C was heating it pretty good

Best accommodation in Petra!

Pros: Awesome place in Petra. Very very clean and awesome value for money! Free parking and 200meters walk to many restaurants. And the breakfast is the best we ever had in Jordan 🤩🤩🤩 The drive to the Petra visitor centre was only 4 minutes by car. And probably 10min walk if you are not traveling by car. Don’t miss this place. You will not regret it. The owner is very very accommodating and so nice it’s almost impossible 🤩 They deserve 10/10 stars!

Cons: The glass partition between the shower and the toilet could be bigger, to prevent water from wetting the toilet floor

Pros: I highly recommend Petra Karam Hotel. All the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to do everything they can to find what you need and make you feel comfortable. They make sure you don’t leave for your tour without having breakfast. Also, the driver who does the airport–hotel–airport transfers, Assam, is extremely friendly, attentive, and very careful when driving. Book your tours directly with them; they are open to any suggestions and adapt to your plans. Definitely keep them in mind as a travel option. Thank you for all your attentions!

Pros: The hotel smelled new and clean. It was a pleasant surprise to discover this hotel while passing through Petra. we had a car, the location was irrelevant, being about 6 minutes from Petra.breakfast 👍

Pros: Located in central Petra with walkable access to a plethora of resturants. Room itself was spacious and clean with a very nice shower. There is a great terrace space to sit back and relax once the sun goes down. Great hospitality by the host and accommodated all of our requests. If Petra is your stay, it has to be at the Petra Karam hotel.
