Friendly and comfortable

Pros: The management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable with fantastic views and a nice swimming pool.

Cons: Only a minor issue, the hotel water in the shower wasn't very powerful.

Don't miss the ROOFTOP POOL!

Pros: We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed the great service and especially the great rooftop pool. That was amazing after the long hikes! As well the rooms, the beds, the bath and the breakfast is good. And the lovely prepared fresh pancakes and scrumbled eggs are a highlight in the morning.

Cons: 30min of walk to the entrance is very good to handle. And on the way are many nice restaurants. But I'm sure you will get a cheap (or even without costs?) lift to the entrance of Petra.

Pros: A good place to visit Petra, close to restaurants, the city center, and the Petra Visitor Center itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is great.

Pros: My stay in Petra was truly exceptional thanks to this hotel! I was warmly welcomed by Zeyad, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist me before, during, and even after my stay. He helped me with everything from arranging transportation to finding a guide and sharing useful tips, his support and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect to relax after a full day exploring Petra. A special highlight is the rooftop pool, a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying the view. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra, you can book it with complete confidence. A big thank you to Zeyad and the whole team for making my stay unforgettable!
