Pros: Frpm the check-in experience with Ashley, over to the comfy rooms, great breakfast buffet, hot jacuzzi and massage chairs until the lunch box with fruits for the long ride back to Amman it was a great experience.

Romantic Petra Stay

Pros: We enjoyed a romantic weekend in Petra, with a comfortable room, free parking and the best customer service. Thank you to Ismail at front desk for his recommendations and to Rafa who took care of us flr breakfast and dinner as well as snacks. Ismail and Rafa has made our stay special and we will come back to tnem to say hello to our friends. Also loved the rooftop terrace.

Would recommend to anyone!

Pros: Absolutely loved this place. Couldn’t have been happier with where we chose to stay for exploring Petra! It was really close and ideally located, but our hotel also happily provided lifts to the visitor centre to save us from walking or getting a taxi. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spacious, and the rooftop pool was the best bit. Amazing views and a great place to relax after a long day exploring. My favourite part about this hotel though was the staff. Every single person was so friendly, warm and helpful. They all gave us great recommendations for our time in Petra, for food, and for a local taxi to take us to our next stop (Wadi Rum) for a good price. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Breakfast was served early (6:30-9:30) which worked well on the day we explored Petra but it would have been nice to have the option of a later breakfast on our slower morning.

Exceptional stay - don’t miss out!

Pros: Excellent customer service, all the staff were amazing and accommodating (thanks Ashleigh). The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfy. The breakfast selection was very tasty and once again, service was very attentive. They arranged a transfer to Amman at a good price and even surprised us with a picnic bag! Location is great, so many restaurants, cafes and shops around. The Petra entrance is a short 20min walk away or you can take the hotels free transfer! Lovely views over Petra. A brilliant stay!
