Pros: Easy, friendly checkin, parking just outside. Rooms clean, great condition and well serviced. Came down with a virus and there was nothing they wouldn't do to help...calling to see how I was, food, water, doctor visit. Dr surgery and physio 100m up road; restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy 10min walk. Service wash by kilo not item, like elsewhere. Use comfortable lobby for fast heavy 5g downloads. Perfect. Staying an extra week, love the place and company. The call to prayer first and last light, is most beautiful I have heard. Nothing is to much trouble. Many thanks!!

Pros: Very good location in Wadi Musa city centre, with private parking and just 5 minutes away from Petra entrance. Possibility to have early breakfast if you want to visit Petra early.

Pros: The hotel, in all its details, makes you feel comfortable and happy from the moment you enter. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is located in a prime location in the city center, close to all the shops. The rooms are excellent and very clean, and they have heating, cooling, and refrigerators in the rooms. There is also free parking, and they provide a lunch box and breakfast if you are visiting Petra early. They also suggested a plan to go to Petra via back roads, and they provided us with a taxi at a reasonable price, which was the best thing for visiting Petra completely in an easy trip and in record time.

A distinctive hotel and a perfect experience after visiting Petra

Pros: A beautiful, simple, and very comfortable hotel, located in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and everything you might need. They provided us with a ready-made breakfast, a thoughtful gesture for our early morning visit to Petra. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to assist you in every way possible and at the lowest prices. We even booked a taxi through them, and it was cheaper than anywhere else. They are very friendly, the room is very clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and hot water is available 24/7. I wish all my stays in Jordan could be at this beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a very warm and friendly reception. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel staff also arranged a taxi for us to the airport at very reasonable prices, which was a great help and very convenient. Dinner at the hotel was absolutely amazing — delicious food with excellent quality and great service. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, all the services provided by the hotel were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We would definitely come back again! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Pros: We stayed at multiple places during our tour of Jordan and this hotel was by far the best value for money. Rooms were clean, staff were welcoming and hospitality was exceptional.
