Nice stay in Petra

Pros: Nice but dated property in Petra.Their free shuttle to and from the Petra visitor centre was useful.Breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast room was very courteous.

Cons: Poorly lit room.There was hardly any hot water in the shower at night.Very less water pressure in my third floor room in the morning.

Gorgeous place where you feel welcome and cared for in every detail

Pros: All the services and especially the personal approach of people working at Town Seasons have excessed all our expectations. We were cared for at a very early check in and even got our breakfast. And the next morning we had a luxury a la carte breakfast which was enough to feel 4 people not two, and it was cooked with love and served with grace. Everything was very tasty and healthy. I also have got an amazing surprise decoration and a surprise gift from the hotel for my birthday even though our stay was just one night. We also received valueable recommendations regarding our visit to Petra and evening dinner nearby, that too was invaluable. We wish we had booked for longer time, we failed to have even similar hospitality anywhere around Jordan. This place is simply the best.

Pros: Kind and very attentive staff. Nice breakfast on the top floor. Well-equipped room. The hotel has overall a classic vibe, that gives a charm to it - still in good condition / well maintained.

Pros: Hotel is beautifully decorated. The lounge at the top has a great view of mountains surrounding Petra. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

Pros: Had a great stay here - a lovely hotel with all staff members going above and beyond to ensure a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are spotless (as is the whole hotel) and very comfortable whilst the breakfast is excellent. The free shuttle down to Petra visitor centre is great too! Highly recommended staying here to anyone visiting Petra for a few days

Pros: 20/10 ! The best hosts,super friendly and helpful staff in Jordan. It’s also provided free shuttle to Petra and perfect hiking plans suggested from the hosts. Room was cozy and sparkling clean, it was sooo great to have a bathtub especially for 2 days Petra hiking. Location in the middle of the town and easy to get anything you need with reasonable prices. They also booked Wadi Rum tour for me, it run smoothly and they always checked my schedule until I backed. I felt safe and comfortable in my stay, so I booked 2 more nights. If I back, I would like the stay here again.

Pros: We stayed one night in town season hotel as a family of four and had a great experience. The hotel gave us a family room with one double bed and one single bed — even though we are four, the beds were large and comfortable, so we had no problem at all. Everything was clean and nice. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel manager was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. They also kindly dropped us at the Petra Visitor Center entrance and picked us up later, which made our visit very easy. Overall, a wonderful

Excellent choice for staying and visiting Petra!

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was traveling alone, and all the hotel staff took great care of me, accompanying me whenever I wanted to go so I wouldn’t feel alone. The room was spotlessly clean and offered a beautiful view of the Petra mountains. The elegant interior design and the warm welcome tea with dates were a lovely extra touch. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend booking the breakfast as well as a lunch box to take with you to Petra. The hotel is very close to the Petra entrance and the center of Wadi Musa, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There are also parking spaces right in front of the hotel. Overall, I spent two wonderful days with amazing people and would definitely recommend this place.
