Clean hotel with amazing staff and a breakfast that powers you for Petra.

Pros: The breakfast was outstanding—a huge variety of fresh olives, hummus, cheeses, and bread served by a very friendly and smiling waiter. The staff was incredibly helpful and resolved a minor water issue within minutes, explaining everything clearly. The room service was also excellent; the room was perfectly cleaned and refreshed while our personal belongings remained untouched and safe.

Cons: The breakfast was a little short on fresh vegetables, though still very tasty. Also, we learned the hard way that bathtub plugs are apparently restricted in Jordan, so don't expect to take a soak in the tub!

Great customer service by Sabri, comfortable sleep, good Wi-Fi, and a free breakfast.

Pros: The room was good and good sleep. It was a small room but comfortable. Customer service was good, especially from Sabri, who helped us with many things and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is also good.

Cons: No safe parking available except roadside.

Pros: People at the reception were polite, discreet, and helpful. The place was surprisingly clean and well kept. Breakfast was rich with all local specialities as well as continental stuff. I enjoyed the tiny pickled eggplant. Thank you all for the hospitality.
