A very authentic unforgettable experience
Pros: It was a very authentic experience that could only be obtained by staying with the real beduin people such as Ahmad and his Team. This is a very small cozy camp run in a simple, comfortable and environmentally conscious way with delicious traditional food (great maqluba - thank you, Salem!), wonderful tea made with locally gathered za’atar (thank you, Abdullah!) and interesting conversations by the campfire. We also very much enjoyed the full day trip around the Red and White deserts with Abdullah, and the camel ride at dawn with Yahya. All the way through our stay there were only the two of us, and the camp can host only up to four guests anyway, which makes for a close family-like atmosphere. Hugely recommended!

A Truly Wonderful Experience….
Pros: The location was wonderful. The evening meal was truly excellent, although breakfast was mediocre. The tented accommodation was as expected although the toilet/shower block was much better than expected. The dining room had been very tastefully decorated, while the ambiance of the whole camp was great. We loved it. Our two tours followed the tourist circuit and was for us, as first time Wadi Rum visitors, spectacular.
Cons: The camp fire experience, in the cave each evening, could have been organised better. Asking for questions is fine but we had already asked countless questions during our tour and were expecting some light hearted entertainment/games/singing - none of which happened. Our tour guide, Abdullha, was superficially friendly and enthusiastic but he wasn’t very interested in being anything other than our driver, although he did cook us an excellent lunch. He would be much better if training were given on how to offer a fully guided, immersive and informative experience for guests.

Pros: We were the only guests in the camp. The owner was very friendly and helpful gave us a great tour of wadi rum. The chef cooked incredible dinner. They gave us extra blankets for the night. And there was warm water in the showers which was great at night as it gets cold. The lounge area is also very nice.
Cons: The towels they gave us smelled very bad.

Pros: It’s great, food is great as is the atmosphere and staff
Cons: We went in winter and it is crazy cold in the tents as they have no heating. Slept in full clothes plus hat and gloves under the provided blankets - in a way added to the experience but if you weren’t prepared you were in for a nasty shock. Trips are quite pricey

Perfect stay in the desert, highly recommended
Pros: We loved everything about the camp. The location is incredible, the staff was amazing. The tents are basic, of course, but good and the beds have hotel quality, super comfortable (that was a nice surprise!). The bathroom is shared but always clean and everything works properly. The meals are homecooked and very good quality of ingredients. Water always available. We stayed only the one night, but we are definitely planning a longer stay with friends next year!

Beautiful experience in the desert!
Pros: The most wonderful stay in Wadi Rum! Ahmad and his team are friendly, great hosts and everything is well organized. The tours were the highlight of the trip, especially those at sunrise or sunset. We rode and hiked in the best places in the desert while learning a lot about the local culture & lifestyle. Also enjoyed bedouin tea everywhere. The food especially the dinner is great and super fresh. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Perfect stay in the desert, highly recommended
Pros: This is a small camp in the Wadi Rum area. There are other camps nearby, but you cannot see them, so the feeling is that you are more secluded, which I appreciated. The tents are basic, of course, but good and the beds have hotel quality, super comfortable (that was a nice surprise!). The bathroom is shared but always clean and everything works properly. The meals are homecooked and very good quality of ingredients. Water always available. The staff is great. The camp attendant was the most good natured person I have met in a long time and always taking care that we had water, food, tea. The camp host is very organized and professional, clear comunication and information. Also, everyone was punctual all the time, the tour guides, our ride to and from the camp, etc, and I appreciated that. Price-quality relationship for the camp is unbeatable.
Cons: Tours are a bit expensive. However, the price of the stay (tent+dinner+breakfast) is very affordable so we understand that the profit must come from somewhere and in my mind I took the total cost as one, for the whole experience. It is also fair to say that we really liked the tours we had and that it is obvious that the host makes a point of providing quality.
