Fantastic luxury hotel in the centre of Amman

Pros: The staff were fantastic, especially with our baby daughter. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious and the breakfast was very good also.

Never fails to live up to its standard

Pros: The rooms and bathrooms look very new. The bed was super comfortable. There is some maintenance work going on near the check-in, but I could not hear anything in the room. All the staff I encountered from the reception to the concierge to the laundry, operator and room service personnel were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The room was too warm for me, and I could not change the temperature settings to cool it. But this is a problem I face in all of the Middle East, where in cooler months, the hotels are overly heated for my perferance. However, the hotel was kind enough to provide me with a fan, and the window opened enough to cool the room down to a temperature I preferred. Also, while the rooms ervice meals were excellent, the desserts need improvement as currently they are not good value for money.

Pros: The second I entered the hotel everyone was so friendly, starting with the guy opening the taxi and carrying our luggage, the security men and Leena. When we reached the check in counter, I met Muhammad elmanasra he was so helpful, and then we met Juwan, how friendly she is! She gave me an upgrade to a deluxe room, and whenever we talked to her asking about places to go and how to reach, she was super helpful! I loved the stay there and would repeat it again and recommend it to others. Thank you Landmark hotel staff. RUBA

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Landmark Hotel Amman. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. I would especially like to thank Jwan and Mohammad Monasra for their outstanding hospitality and friendliness—they were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.
