Cairwan Hotel

Pros: The triple room was absolutely amazing and nicely decorated. Bathroom very clean and enough towels provided. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The staff is very kind, they even gave us free desert. The AC was already on, so the room was warm when we arrived. That was much appreciated after cold nights in January in Wadi Rum. The breakfast was simple, but very good. You can choose the time. Wifi and parking available.

Pros: Nice accomodation between the touristic part and the real city. Warm (wintertime), comfy room, really nice staff. Got great recommendation for dining out in a local place. I can only recommend this hotel.

Cons: If you wanna just walk to the castle and the restaurants close to it, maybe this hotel is a little bit far for you.

Pros: Cool: I didn’t need the air con. I could walk to the castle. Ibrahim spoke excellent English. You could get dinner and breakfast for a modest price. It was good and there was plenty of it.

Cons: Nothing. It was simple, but adequate, and was good value.

Good value for money

Pros: The location within Karak is really good, if you drive your own car. The value for money makes people return. The staff are definitely helpful.

Cons: The parking lot is small (sometimes you need to park on the other side of the road, which is not bad). The bathrooms need some care (toilet seats falling away, water dripping from tap).

Cheap hotel with a friendly staff

Pros: The staff was very kind and prepared a delicious breakfast for an extra price. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the Al-Karak castle.

Cons: The bathroom was very basic but overall I think it was fair for the cheap price you pay.

Cons: Our room had a toilet door which didn't lock and was slightly see through because of frosted vinyl was peeling off. At night it was a little noisy due to people being in the foyer/hall way.

Pros: Clean and nicely furnished and decorated hotel. Friendly people too. the triple room offers a view on the castle which is beautiful in the morning light. Close to the panorama castle view.
