Pros: 10/10 We just loved this Hotel. I cannot think of anything negative to say honestly! We instantly got upgraded to a beautiful suite, staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for going around in the city, supermarkets restaurants and it also has good connection to the airport road. Great value for the money, definetly recommend.

The perfect stay, excellent value for money. Probably the largest hotel rooms in town.

Pros: I reported a smell in the bathroom, and it was fixed on the same day. The sewage elbow was also changed. We stayed for 20 days in the same room, and we asked for the room to be deep-cleaned during our stay. One of the busiest hotels, where there is at least one celebratory party (by locals) every night, which is held in either the 6th floor or the ground floor. You don't hear any noise, and all parties and noise stop by midnight. Despite the hotel's location on the busiest roads in the whole Kingdom, it is well isolated, so you don't hear much noise unless it's one of those muscle cars. Staff greet by name and with a smile.

Cons: The only letdown would be when guests arrive to attend parties, they tend to block the entrance, and you have to force your way between guests. The breakfast bar has a good selection in general, including the presence of a chef who cooks eggs to your taste. However, the warm selection can be improved.
