Pros: Overal it was good, besides the fact that the room was not cleaned enough during the stay, the towels were not changed (we stayed 5 days), the carts for doors were not working and we had to stop by reception desk every time and the last day of our stay there started the constructions, which we weee informed but still was not quite annoying. However the staff was very friendly, the breakfast included in stay was quite nice as well, we always had water bottles in room and even were able to make ourselves hot tea in the evenings and overall I would say that its a good option for the price you pay.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They changed my room (without even asking them too), because there was a quite noisy traffic jam below my window.

Cons: The breakfast selection was bit disappointing, and unfortunately my room had a lingering smell of smoke.

Pros: The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The place is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in an area around many commercial centers and restaurants. I will have more visits to the hotel.

Pros: The location in telaa al ali is perfect place! And as a wheelchair user, the hotel if full accessible for wheelchairs .. The staff is really helpful .. Many thanks for the best staff .. Ali, Alaa, Abed and Mr. Badarneh.. It's a place where i would love to stay in my next visit to Amman..
