Cons: I booked deluxe room, Power sockets are far from bed, you need to wake up to charge your mobile, and I request wake up call at 6:50am, which was never delivered. My driver was super upset.

Pros: Staff very welcoming as I am a loyal customer from 4 years. Excellent quality price.
Cons: Sincerely I was approached by the hotel taxi lead who has an office just inside the hotel. He always asked me for a drive service but insisting while I. Told him no need for a taxi. I. Noticed he defame his other Yellow taxi drivers which I rate very unethical and non professional. I would like if the Ibis direction would guide him to treat customers and his colleagues in a more respectful manner. It's also for the other customer feedback and Ibis reputation which I personally rate excellent. I appreciate your feedback in this matter. Thank you

Pros: The room was perfect and clean. Everything in place and all smellt nice and fresh.
Cons: The bathroom had a rusty bin. And the shower felt a bit scary as the flooring appears to be plastic and bending under my weight. Was a bit scared to move around in ot. Otherwise all good.

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, housekeeping were super fast and professional, decent budget for tourists who are looking to stay the night in a comfortable place.
Cons: The rooms could use renovation, fresh paint

Excellent stay and will always come back
Pros: The Staff are kind and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, and they offer water and a kettle for tea/coffee, which is excellent. They also prepared a breakfast box for any early departures.

Pros: location of property was good with good friendly staff. reachable whenever we need them.
Cons: we have ordered food but which was not good and it was cold. i can give only 1/10 for food. there were limited options for breakfast too.
