Beautiful hotel and world-class customer service.

Pros: We had booked a business suite via Booking.com, however upon arrival they had put us in a normal room. Turned out there was an issue with the system where it had shown we had booked two rooms - a normal room and a business suite. I clarified that we had only booked one - the business suite - and requested that we be transferred. The hotel manager told us that they did not have any available at the moment and that we would need to wait for the next day. A short time after he called us and told us that the hotel would upgrade us for free to their Executive Suite. The suite was lovely and well equipped. The staff infinitely helpful and courteous - from the guards at the entrance to the hotel manager. World class.

Cons: Breakfast really wasn't up to expectation. It was mediocre at best, and contrast that with, for example, Abu Jbara just across the road from the hotel and whose breakfast is exquisite, they really should do better. We ended up eating out most days. Wi-Fi coverage was very patchy. We barely had any in our suite.

Very good.

Pros: Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Excellent coffee at breakfast.

Cons: Reception did not have a map of the city, which surprised me. And the chocolate rolls at breakfast were stale. Lighting in the room could have been better.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to assist with any requests. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding customer service.
