Useful location, reasonable value for money, excellent staff

Cons: Everything in the room was just a bit tired

Pros: I recently stayed at SanRock Hotel in Amman for a short visit from Australia due to a family emergency, and I’m truly grateful for the comfort and kindness I experienced during my stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made a stressful trip much easier. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Lina and Heba at the reception. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their welcoming attitude and genuine care made a big difference, and I deeply appreciated their support during a difficult time. Overall, a great stay with excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Pros: My stay at The SunRock Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I would like to give special thanks to Hiba at the reception for her warm welcome, kind smile, and professional service. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back again soon

Cons: The water didn’t fill in toilet cistern low water pressure.? Had to use 4 bottles of tap water to flush Shower ok

The Eightrooftop Bar is a must see!!!

Pros: The best part was the Rooftop Bar (Eightroof top) Amazing restraurant. Amazing staff and the views of the city are fantastic. The food and beverage menu was amazing.
