Nice place

Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Booked for 1 night for connecting flight

Cons: I had to leave at 4 am. They missed to provide me with a breakfast box.

Clean, helpful staff, delicious breakfast

Pros: Very clean room and staff were very helpful. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants nearby and shops. Breakfast was amazing really delicious

Not our Ideal Hotel

Pros: Nothing much. If not for the pick up location of local tour, we would have chosen this hotel. Staff unable to communicate well in English.

Cons: Lousy breakfast. Only offered limited breakfast chiices. A few pieces of sausages, mushroom and omelette, that's all.

Nice almost new hotel

Pros: The location Size of the room Comfortable bed Very good breakfast Almost new hotel

Cons: Bathroom drain smell. Too many mosquito in our room don't know where they are coming from? The window is onlt slight opened and has fly net (where from the mosquito coming from) and why it wasn't noticed by house keeping staff

I recommanded to people want to get a calm place with good services choose this one

Pros: All the staff were great from reception to the restaurant, so kind and helpful. If I come back to Amman again, I will no doubt choose this hotel again

Cons: It's just little thing that I mentioned , that they don't have refrigerator in room. But I ask for ice and water from the reception and they send it to me directly.
