Pros: Staff were very welcoming and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Cons: Was disappointed to only find one socket which had the electric kettle plugged into. Needed some sockets to charge my iPhone, smart watch and IPad!

I will come again - hotel Geneva is the best value for money.

Pros: The new coffee machines for the breakfast are a wonderful improvement! And I was so positively surprised to find slippers and bathrobes in the room!

Cons: Breakfast would be richer with fruit salad. TV programs are predominantly Arabic - I was missing BBC world service and Rai1 - if I remember well, they were available before.

It was distinguished experience

Pros: Improvement from last time I been there (on July) is noticeable, coffee machine in restaurant was a good addition, breakfast was very good, safety precaution was good, housekeeping was very good.

Cons: - Since we were 2 persons in the rooms only supplies (shampoo and shower gel ) were only for one person was available. - The insurance payment once we arrive to hotel was surprising since we haven't been informed about at booking website or the hotel website.

I had wonderful stay at Geneva Hotel in Amman.

Pros: Their service are amazing and staff are very professional. However, they didn't keep their promise for early opening of the breakfast, as I was travelling before the regular breakfast although it was agreed a night before. I paid for breakfast but didn't get service.

Cons: Everything was great except the above.

Pros: I stayed at Geneva Hotel in Amman for one night with my family and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is exactly what I needed, restaurants, pharmacy’s, coffee shops, sushi bar, and many more. I felt safe and home the staff were so welcoming and kind making my stay extra special, the management team were above expectations
