Pros: Lection , actually I moved to the other crystal location hotel, rooms bigger and much cleaner than hotel I booked. Coffee shop below was nice breakfast was great. Hotel team was very welcoming.

Pros: The staff was amazing specially Mr. Abed and Mr. Abu Khalid. The room was too clean and comfortable.

Cons: When I call to do check in the guy he answered my phone call. His name is AMER. He’s not good in speaking. You think he need to shout you or if you ask more than 1 question. I’m not preferring to talk like this kind of people. It’s called reservation man. That’s mean you have to be nice and great.
