Over all I highly recommend the hotel, such a wonderful experience and unforgettable memories.

Pros: We are Mohammad and Aya, with our son Yosef. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! Everything was so neat and exceptional. First its very wide and near the beach, so comfortable for families and children. The room was unbelievably beautiful and comfy,Also the staff was super friendly and helpful especially Yehya and Ghofran. Thank you for the best stay ever! We will definitely come back again!

Cons: The strict security was a little over but in the hand it gave the feeling of safety.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Pros: One of the best stays we ever had in a hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the sea. If we are ever back in Aqaba we will be staying in Kempinski again :)

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the service. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Fatima at the reception. She was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. Many thanks to Fatima and the entire team for such a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent! I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and there’s a clear improvement in the quality of the breakfast, thanks to the new chef. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any request. The spa is relaxing and beautifully maintained, and Lelit was very professional. Highly recommended!
