Grand Tala Bay Resort

Very pleasant resort

Pros: Nice resort area with some very good restaurants. Good balcony with our room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good beach and pool area that was very quiet although we there in November. Very good selection at breakfast considering how quiet the hotel was.

Cons: Unfortunately it was very windy during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the pool area as much as we'd hoped but it was low season (November)

Comfortable, well appointed hotel with great staff and good access to the local scuba dive sites.

Pros: Great place for a few days scuba diving while waiting for my family to arrive. Grand Tala Bay Resort is a spacious, well laid out hotel that's part of a complex of hotels based around the Tala Bay marina/harbour and beach front. The local waters offer a number of mid-depth wreck dives with plenty to see in the warm waters of the Red Sea. Submerged military vehicles being one of them! Great service from the moment I arrived - thanks to Mouhamad and the staff at the hotel and all @ Deep Blue Dive Center. Liked it so much I added a day to my stay! I did visit in the off season so very quiet and some of the facilities were understandably limited. But good breakfast and a good selection of local restaurants keeping open despite the time of year. Room was spacious with a good view of the pool & sea with easy access to a large sandy beach. Highly Recommend!!

Cons: Had issues maintaining a hi speed internet connection that required I went back to the front desk on a number of evenings to get re connected. Frustrating for sure ... but I always judge hotels on how they deal with problems and they were 100% on it until it was sorted. Thanks again :)

Pros: We received the room at 4 pm but was a nice room the reception was helpful with us and given free upgrade.

Pros: It's very clean the staff is very kind and helpful The resort is great we would like to thank ayham from reception and chef abu mohammad and chef suha for the delicious food and the cleaning staff and we would also like to extend our thanks to radwan for making our stay phenomenal. We sure will be coming back again next year.

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Tala Bay Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the beautiful location made my time there unforgettable. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service. I want to give special thanks to Yazan, whose hospitality truly made my experience remarkable. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care are a perfect reflection of the high standards at Grand Tala Bay Hotel. I left with amazing memories and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

A vacation to remember

Pros: The experience was so good, though the temperature was too high I would like to thank the exceptional service from staff who were so friendly and so professional. I would like to mention here Ms Majida at reception, Mr Habib and Mr Ahmad at Aziab restaurant, Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ammar at pool snack bar, Mr Fadi for his professionalism and out of the box solutions... for sure I will not forget the extremely delicious breakfast and dinner buffet in addition to all snacks and dishes at pool bar.. I would highly recommend Grand Tala Bay for its calm location, great pools and beautiful beach. A walking distance from Tala bay Marina

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Yazan, in particular, was amazing—he was so friendly and welcoming, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated his excellent service. Highly recommended!

Pros: breakfast is good, pools and beach are nice, possibility to do diving at ok price, different options for food
