Tala Bay Residence - Families Only

Lovely sea, quiet and empty beaches, the marina, food at Suzanne and Seabas restaurants was epic

Pros: We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable appartement overlooking the sea. It was truly lovely to enjoy the warm mornings and evenings on the balcony. We absolutely loved waking up to that gorgeous view. Jerlyn at Beach club was so lovely, she was customer oriented and helped us out with all the questions we had. She truly is a gem. We appreciated her English, since at times it was very hard to get by. We got upgrade to Grand Tala Bay where we enjoyed delicious breakfast at Aziab restaurant, which was highlight of our days and we were looking forward to enjoying good coffee and fresh warm pastries by the pool. Food was really great. Main restaurant manager/person in charge of breakfast was so attentive, polite and respectful. Together with Abrar and Ahmed made our mornings so enjoybale, we truly appreciated that and are very grateful to have recieved such outstanding service. Staff was smiling, polite and always ready to support us.

Cons: Most staff did not speak any English, which was tricky at times when one has an issue to address. The ´reception/front desk staff could be more organized, especially prior to customers coming in. Since this is a residence and not the hotel with the reception, contact point was difficult to reach. No information was recieved prior to us coming in/on the arrival. Our room card did not work on the arrival and since it was the evening, it took us long time to sort that out. Communication with customers and signage could be improved. As a tourist place this could be much better. Also, bare in mind that if you come at the end of season (september/october) most shops and restaurants will already be closed.

Beautiful stay

Pros: It was a great experience and first time we stay at Tala Bay, the room was clean the best experience was with the housing keeping Assistant house keeping manager Mr. Ahmad Hawarneh he was super professional and stayed in contact with bus to make sure if we need anything and answered all our requests. Breakfast was super at the beach club and the staff there . We will definitely go again.

Cons: The check in experience with a lady and the security kept us out waiting for 20 min in the car , the lady from reservation didn't give us any information about Tala bay , breakfast or discount at beach club.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Huge, very spacious. Clean. Balcony was beautiful. Pool was big and mostly empty when we were there.

Cons: Nothing. Would have happily stayed there longer. Was a bit expensive

Quite and tidy

Pros: Large resort with too many activities to make they should to make more event , otherwise it was quite and relaxed place to rest

I will come back again for Ala'a

Great Stay at Tala Bay Resort

Pros: Had a wonderful time at Tala Bay Resort — beautiful location, friendly staff, and very clean facilities. The beach and pools were amazing, and the food was excellent. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
