Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Pros: Everything was fine at the hotel, great staff, excellent location close to the city center, swimming pools, beach right next to the hotel with covered beach chairs, easy access to the sea, generous breakfast.

Cons: We traveled with our family and children. The hotel seemed to be geared more toward business travelers than families. I was disappointed that children were not allowed to use the pools and the whirlpool.

A very comfortable stay in a great location with their beach.

Pros: The hotel was almost empty at Ramadan so it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Nice pool and beach and a comfortable bed in a good sized room.

Cons: No water for a time as the hotel was carrying out maintenance. The staff explained what was happening and it was not a great inconvenience. We received an upgrade in room in compensation.

Cons: Could be more flexible about children’s access to the jaccuzzi when only we used it.

Pros: Excellent. You get what you pay for, it’s expensive but so much better than a normal hotel. So much space, quiet and calm, private beach so no-one asks you for a boat ride, multiple heated pools.

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful. Likely the best views and private beach in the Aqaba. The staff especially Mohammad in the dining room were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

Cons: The rooms are in dire need of an upgrade and didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Pros: The hotel’s infrastructure was excellent, one of the pool was warm, which is important in winter. The sea temperature was 21 °C between December 22 and 29. The service staff were very kind.

Excellent service, great location.

Pros: Great location with private beach. Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Staff were exceptional!! Special mention to Dispena at reception, and Amer at the beach bar - Amer took care of our every need, adding to a relaxing holiday. Nice pools and facilities
