All in all Good Hotel

Pros: Breakfast was very good with exceptional servers from Sami he was very attentive, and a lot of variety of food on buffet, the hotel has a good location and spacious room

Cons: When it’s windy, it’s a lot of noise in some direction because of the outdoor windbreaker so just choose a good direction when it’s windy otherwise you cannot sleep

Great stay!

Pros: Good location with a sweeping city view from bedrooms

Cons: Check-in and check-out were very slow. The bedside light was not working, the cupboard did not close properly and appeared old and poorly maintained, as did one of the connecting doors between our two bedrooms, which could not be used due to its poor condition.

Pros: Location and staff especially Lubna who was very very welcoming and also upgraded me to higher and more cosier room. Location is so good for evening walks and enjoyment with family.

Pros: We had a truly exceptional experience at Rotana Amman. Although we faced an issue with our initial room, the hotel staff handled it with such professionalism and generosity — they upgraded us to a better room free of charge, without asking for even a single extra penny. The hotel is elegant, clean, and well-managed. The team was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Thank you Rotana Amman for making our stay special!

Cons: There was absolutely nothing we disliked the experience was flawless from start to finish.

Pros: In the breakfast buffet all of the staff were very kind and lovely , specially a guy with the name Ayal , the hotel room was so perfect the view was astonishing, i was with my mom and she loved everything in the room .

Perfect room , amazing quality and nice features

Pros: Everything was perfect, specially the upgrade to a higher floor room on the 30th floor , the hotel was comfortable and the room was perfect, great location and beautiful view.

Cons: The annoying taxi drivers outside the hotel that keep asking you to choose them when going out.
