Super tailor made experience to your needs.

Pros: Excellent customer service , all my needs were met and more . Thanks to the lead customer relations supervisor Ms Bayan who made sure all the pre visits requests were addressed fully and more , everything to the last was tailor made making my stay most comfortable and enjoyable . Reception check in and check out was very smooth thanks to Ammar. My recommendation to ask for a top floor room facing the city view , thank you to very wonderful stay .

Cons: I liked everything this especially the ongoing improvements to the gym which is now 24 hour accessible.

Pros: Staff were so helpful. Connecting rooms were amazing. Bathrooms were clean and beautifully designed. Breakfast was fantastic. Bowling alley on site. Well equipped gym. Beautiful spa. Very spacious hotel

Cons: We visited the pool and was not available as it closed during the winter months - we were not aware of this. My children were gutted.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurants serve delicious food. The breakfast is excellent with many options to choose from. The hotel is clean, cozy, and well maintained, which makes the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel..

Cons: However, I was disappointed with the spa facilities. The sauna is very small and did not work properly, the steam room was not functioning during my visit, and the jacuzzi was not attractive to use. I could not stay there for more than 10 minutes. In addition, the safe box and locks in the room did not work.
