Pros: Staff were superb. Very helpful with accepting a late check in due to a late night flight. And helpfully pre arranged an airport pick up for us. Overall the staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

Pros: Excellent facilities and services, good value for money. We were provided with a complementary room upgrade which significantly enhanced our experience in Amman. Hotel accessible very easily within 1-2 minutes by uber taxis, which transferred us with low cost in any parts of the city.

Pros: Nice accommodation and very clean.. We received room upgrade for free - Very comfortable bed huge bathroom. Very helpful staff - we really liked staying there. Breakfast was very tasty and dinner at the Lebanese restaurant was too.
