Pros: We had a fantastic stay at W Hotel. The location was perfect — super convenient and close to everything. The breakfast selection was absolutely amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special thank you to Ami, Desi, and Pinkan from the breakfast team — your energy and service made every morning such a great start to the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Pros: Room is nice and modern. Breakfast is one of the best, it offers a very good variety and healthy. Location is perfect, near to shops and restaurants. But what made this hotel special is staff, they are excellent and well trained. They will go out of the way to help you. Thanks to Fada and Annum at the Front Office, Gabby at the restaurant and Mohamad at the security. They are very helpful and made my trip to Jordan memorable. I will always stay with W Amman.

Pros: Short but fantastic stay. Had great view of the city. Easy access to Abdali Boulevard and mall on New Year's Eve.

Highly recommended and would stay again — the 20th-floor views of Amman are simply unforgettable.

Pros: I loved the friendly, youthful staff, the hotel’s modern and stylish finishes, and the breathtaking city views from the 20th floor. The service was exceptional — from accommodating an early check-in to thoughtfully preparing a breakfast box for my early departure.
