Amazing hotel

Pros: - Super early check-in. My plane arrived well before check in time and I was allowed to settle in my room several hours before check-in time. Best experience ever. - Breakfast buffet is amazing (plenty of choices and great food) - Strong WiFi - Clean and tidy room - Great gym in the neighbouring building (entry is 6 JOD, both men and women are welcome) - The hotel is a 15-20 min taxi ride from the city center. The ride doesn’t cost much (if you use some shared ride app) but is really quiet, I could not hear the stress noise from our room.

Cons: - No negative experience whatsoever. I would highly recommend the place.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind Special thanks to Ms.Raneen at the front desk. The location is good. The facility is clean. The room is a bit small but we were staying for one night only, so overall pleased with our stay!

Perfect Choice

Pros: Everything was perfect! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was truly an exceptional experience, and I’d like to thank all the team members for their great work.

Cons: Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about — even the things that could be improved were handled with such care and professionalism that they made our stay even better!

Thankful for the kind and friendly staff

Pros: Cozy room, clean, nice smell everywhere, everything is available upon request, extremely helpful staff especially Raneen she is the best! Abu Mohammad from security was very kind to me! I got sick during my stay, and they helped me a lot and prepared a special breakfast for me, which I was extremely grateful for! Felt like home. Good value for money Decent breakfast Great location surrounded by all amenities. Most thankful for the kind and friendly staff.

Cons: I wished the elevator was a little bit faster

Pros: Very clean hotel, nice staff very helpful I did an early check out, before breakfast time, they brought a breakfast box for me to take it with me. Lovely and nice I highly recommend it if you want to stay at amman tourist or business stay.
