Great hotel with efficient and friendly staff

Pros: Lovely, friendly staff. Nice room. Good bar sometimes with live music in the ‘Nub’ Fabulous rooftop restaurant with great views and good food.

Pros: This is a regular stop for me, usually for work. This time the stay was for holidays. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Two negatives - the bathroom floor got too wet after a shower and the internet was very slow throughout the 4 day stay. Other than that, I shall continue to book at this hotel due to its staff, the convenient location and the comfort of the rooms.

Pros: I have stayed many times at this hotel. For good reason - it is well positioned for my needs, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Jordan is expensive compared to most other places I go but that is not a fault of the hotel!

Pros: This is one of my preferred hotels in Amman. It is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. the location is good, in a quiet area in Shmisany. the facilities in the room are good, and the electric sockets are universal which means that you can charge your devices without using adapters. The breakfast is good also.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great restaurant options

Pros: Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast in a convenient location. Good restaurants nearby/partners with the hotel (including on the roof with nice views and atmosphere).

Cons: wifi in the room was not very strong (but fine in the lounge areas).

Pros: It was a modern tourist hotel. It was clean . The staff were helpful and the food was good..

Cons: It was described as having a balcony, but this was a tiny curved area in front of the window, where you could stand out ut only fir one chair onto it if you wanted to sit in the sun.

Great professional Hotel

Pros: Very professional hotel and staff. Large room with sofa. Clean and nice view of the city. Large bathroom. Choices for breakfast and a couple of restaurants for dinner.

Cons: Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of a shower over bath. Water took a long time to get hot, maybe 10 minutes, so not water saving system.
