Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa by IHG

Highly recommend this hotel & would stay again!

Pros: It was beautiful, clean & the staff were amazing. Especially Bashar. He made our welcome there amazing

Cons: The buffet didn’t have many options

Amazing escape in the middle of winter.

Pros: I had the executive room 7301 which is on the 3rd floor with no other rooms next to it so I basically had a floor to myself. This room has 3 balconies. 2 facing the Dead Sea- awesome view. One of the balcony has 2 swimming pool chairs covered with an umbrella with a massive balcony space. Mid February- 20C warm weather- t-shirt and shorts type of weather.

Cons: Kitchenette did not have any cutlery or plates. Bathroom- please add toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Pros: My third time staying here. Some places simply call you back.

Pros: i’ve been delighted by everything (room staff, food, spa, view, facilities). what can say more? highly reccomanded!

Cons: i’ve not appreciated finding a couple into the jacuzzi pool drinking alchool from 2 glass bottle. staff was here and say nothing. i’ m not against alchool , but glass bottle in a spa is not safe, in case of bottle breaking.

Pros: Great hotel nice staff rooms and breakfast great thanks for FO team

Relaxing resort for Dead Sea visit

Pros: Great private beach for relaxing in the Dead Sea, extensive amenities and pools, lovely rooms with free minibar (soft drinks) and nice views. Nice lobby bar. Staff also permitted late check out which was really helpful.

Cons: Many of the pools and restaurants were shut due to low season, this could have been advertised in advance. El Grito bar didn't seem to exist at all - staff looked confused when we asked for food despite there still being adverts in the resort. Balcony door didn't lock except the chain latch which didn't feel secure. Front door to room was missing latch.

Amazing

Pros: Amazing Resort, Excellent Service. Great swimming pool views.

Cons: Priced a bit higher than other 5-star hotels on deadsea. The crockage charge (i.e. for bringing own alcohol), could be lower, or removed.

Pros: Beautiful pools and surroundings. Right on the dead sea with beach. Beautiful spa with huge pools, beautiful and relaxing. Kids club with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner were fabulous and huge variety. Deserts were so delicious. Rooms are very spacious. Rachel at reception had exceptional customer service skills.

Cons: The stairs to the rooms. Only the main building has an elevator. Exceptional hotel.

Beautiful Dead Sea getaway.

Pros: The resort is situated around a massive pool with areas of all different depths. There is a fantastic view of the Dead Sea from the Promenade and from many of the rooms. The dinner and breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The hotel had private beach access and buckets of Dead Sea mud that could be applied. Easy access down to the shore. Really nice comfortable facilities.

Cons: There could be better communication between the front desk and the spa, as we had to visit the spa desk in person to get schedules and options, and this was on the other side of the property. Not much negative to say.

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel

Pros: The hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly, especially Tarek (Abu Saleh) who helped us a lot with discounts for an extra night and the spa. The room was nice but needs some renovation, especially the bathroom. The hotel is very spacious, the evening entertainment was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing with very kind staff from the reception to the lifeguard. The only negative point is that bringing outside food into the hotel is not allowed.

Cons: The bathroom could be improved by adding proper tiling, making it a bit larger, and paying more attention to cleanliness
