Excellent stay

Pros: Amazing stay and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The facilities are amazing, a fitness suite, numerous pools, access to the dead sea, three onsite restaurants and a spa. We stayed in February and the top pool was heated which was great. We tried all three restaurants and the food was amazing. The breakfast was an amazing range of western and local foods. The staff were extremely helpful and always wanted to help. Would have loved to stay here for longer.

Cons: Nothing really apart from one small thing that I suppose the hotel couldn't really do anything about and that is that around the pool area there were many flies which was quite annoying.

Expensive, professional hotel with expected service

Pros: The Hotel is what you expect when you book Marriot. Large Car Park, all-round staff is included. The Hotel has its own private beach on the Dead Sea with a large pool area closer to the hotel. We got a free upgrade to a room with a view, which was nice. The infrastructure was very good, but expected of a hotel with such a reputation. Large TV in the room with YouTube access. There is a lot of staff around the hotel to fulfil your wishes. They have a large security set-up, starting before entering the car park and then again entering the hotel.

Cons: The water activities (Pool and Beach) closed quite early, around 1730ish. There were stains on our linen. Orientation is quite a challenge. They offer some kind of map but not really intuitive. The food in the restaurants, drinks at the bar and at the breakfast was nothing special, more like: Large Portion size and selection over quality and. Further mostly European Food. Drinks were tasteless. We spent around the same price for dinner and drinks (not alot) as for the overnight stay.

Amazing stay!

Pros: A stunning hotel located right next to the Dead Sea with private access to the water. The rooms are incredibly spacious with comfortable beds, ensuring a relaxing stay. The back of the hotel features multiple terraces overlooking the sea, offering breathtaking views. You can stroll through the various areas designed for soaking in the scenery, and there are multiple pools, including jacuzzis, to enjoy. We visited at the end of February, and one of the pools, along with the jacuzzis, was heated, which was perfect for the cooler weather. The food was fantastic, with multiple restaurants to choose from, and there’s even a mall conveniently located nearby.

Cons: The only downside is the access to the beach, it’s rocky and can be difficult to walk on. However, the hotel provides plastic shoes, which help a lot, and towels are also available. All you need to do is head down, put on the shoes, and enjoy floating in the Dead Sea!

Pros: The staff was excellent. The spa services fantastic. ( Joana is superb). The room was really nice. Only the furniture in the balcony had dust. ( Maybe it was not in high season). I had a free upgrade for which I am grateful. Generally I would prefer that hotel again.Breakfast was also very nice

Pros: Great hotel, conveniently located to enjoy dead sea or just relax on the pool, professional and very polite staff, breakfast was delicious and of great variety. Dining was also excellent.

Pros: Beautiful garden and pool areas. No loud music! Very nice!

Cons: Only top pool heated and hence this one becoming the kids‘ play area with a lot of noise (reinforced due to the u-shaped structure of the building, causing an echo-effect). Suggestion: two heated pools, one for adults only.
