it was superb

Pros: Breakfast was traditional Arabic or Intercontinental and it was delicious, Best Flafel and Halawa I ever tasted. there is cute ponies

Cons: The place is very cozy; it would be nice to find there a jacuzzi in cold winter days, although there is a beautiful swimming pool.

Super relaxing

Pros: The staff was excellent, except for the restaurant manager at the Italian place. He was a bit rude. The rooms are really nice, and super clean as well.

Cons: The resort was super empty and there's not much to do. The hiking trail is very short. Adding more activities or ensuring it's more lively over the weekends would be a game changer.

This spot is by far the best place in Jordan. Exceptional staff and most importantly atmosphere.

Pros: The experience is really exceptional. The staff are amazing, they deserve all the best, the hotel is simply relaxing and not in any way stresful.

Cons: there is literally nothing that I did not like.

Pros: The swimming pools and the decor of the garden is amazing.

Cons: Cleaning can be improved, starting with the sofas in the reception. Also the the was dust in the rooms behind the bed. A bit too pricey.

Beautiful resort with great views and amazing facilities

Pros: It is a beautiful resort with great views and amazing facilities (including an adults only pool), drinks and food! Perfect for a weekend away from the busy Amman!

Cons: Shower drain at the lodge was almost totally blocked and did not allow you to have a proper shower

Pros: I definitely recommend this awesome place and will always be a cleansing destination for mind and soul the place is crafted very well .. it's another level from other places in Jordan all services we need were in the lodge, which is also very big and well equipped the details give you mixed emotions simplysty, authentication, romance, and being part of the nature the firebon experience was amazing the stuff we're extremely professional, polite, and helpful

Beautiful views, Amazing Food

Pros: The property has one of the most amazing views. 3 days breezed by in a blink. The food is to die for.. the food served as part of the breakfast buffet has ruined levantine food everywhere else.. nothing I feel will ever match it.. your private bonfire with marshmallow roasting is a core memory for me. special thanks to Marwan for an amazing trail and the most amazing maqloubeh in the caves. Will definitely come again to Jordan just to stay at this place.
