Pros: Recently stayed for 2 nights at Petra Jewel hotel with family during our holiday. Hotel was super clean and had a good location (5 mins walk from Petra Visitor Center). Ample secure parking was available. Hotel also has a roof top restaurant and it served good value for money food (whatever we tried was good and tasty). Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from main entrance to Petra. Bed was big and comfortable, nice and clean bathroom. We were able to get a lunch box at the hotel which was really convenient for our hike next day. Friendly staff in the restaurant!

Pros: I highly recommend the Petra Jewel Hotel. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the main entrance to the Petra Visitor Center, as well as close to the city center with its many shops and restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spacious with reliably hot water -something that was quite rare during this year’s journey through Jordan. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly recommend this hotel and will definitely return during my next visit to Jordan :-).

Pros: The hotel is really great, with its own parking lot where we were even allowed to leave the car after check-out while we explored Petra. It’s very close to Petra. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — the beds were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons: The water was cool. Maybe I missed something, but I had to bathe in cold water. I don’t think there’s no hot water — I believe there is, I just got unlucky.

Pros: Our stay at Petra Jewel Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is just a short walk from the entrance to Petra, which makes it super convenient. The room was comfortable, and the terrace where breakfast is served offers a lovely view... the perfect way to start the day. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible kindness and attention of the owner. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
