Pros: The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. It’s conveniently located near the entrance to Petra, which is especially helpful after a long day of walking there. The only downside during our stay was the noise. Our room faced the road, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. I didn’t sleep at all the first night. The next day, after walking 19 km in Petra, the noise didn’t matter anymore. That said, there are only two rooms on the floor facing that direction, so we were simply unlucky.
Cons: There is no sound insulation in the rooms that face the road.

Best hotel in Petra!
Pros: Very good hotel two minutes away from Petra entrance. Comfy beds, good quality/price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially the guy at the reception. He treated us as family and that made our experience unforgettable. He is a big Real Madrid fan 😜. All the best buddy!.
Cons: All was perfect!

Excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a fantastic location within a short walk to Petra
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Hotel in Petra. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, making it a great start to the day. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the Petra entrance, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the hotel. A great choice for anyone visiting Petra, especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Very nice stay at
Pros: This is very nice room with comfy beds and air conditioning. WIFI was bit weak and slow, but worked. Very nice people in the reception. Clean and super close to the entrance to Petra and the museum. Many shops and restaurants all around but be careful (see below). Easy to find, free of charge parking spot just very close to the hotel. We liked staying here.
Cons: Breakfast was just good, coffee should be better. Avoid food stores in the nearby, the are scamming tourists with even 200% higher prices than for local. If you do not find prioces labelled on the shelves - avoid, go to the market on the outskirts of the Wadi Musa city. We were also scammed in the restaurant, 50% more charged vs the menu. Horse scammers at the entrance to Petra can be also annioying - do not use their free ride, ticked included services, untill you want to continue with paid trip. But this is not a hotel issue, just surroundings.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and spotlessly clean, with a great breakfast to start the day. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff — incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is absolutely the best: 3 min from the entrance of the Petra Visitor Center. After a long and tiring day exploring Petra, you truly appreciate being able to walk straight back to the hotel. Highly recommended!
