Perfect jump off point for Petra

Pros: It is very close to the Petra visitors centre and the staff are very nice. They couldn’t be more helpful. The inside info on how best to visit Petra and the pack lunch we much appreciated. In particular, the man who runs the Spa was great with my kids!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return again. The comfort and convenience were outstanding — everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay truly relaxing. The design of the hotel is stylish and well-considered, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We experienced a small misunderstanding during our stay, but the team handled it quickly and efficiently. The issue was resolved promptly and with great courtesy, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service and warm hospitality!

Great location to stay for Petra

Pros: The location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Petra, the area around Petra is very hilly so a 5 minute walk is amazing. The hotel was clean and very modern, we got a great view. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

Pros: We had a great stay at h luxury hotel and recommend. The room we had was gorgeous, with a beautiful view over the mountains from the balcony. The bed was enormous and very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch which we enjoyed after visiting Petra. It’s in a very convenient location

Cons: The only comment we have is that some items at the breakfast were a little stale. I would say that when there are less guests to focus on less items which are a bit fresher. I want to say we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again this is just our one small comment

Pros: Our second time staying here and it was just as good this time around. We met the same wonderful team of staff once again and they were all so welcoming and attentive. It’s nice to come back after hiking in Petra each day to be greeted with such a warm welcome and be taken care of each day with towels at the pool which we seemed to have all to ourselves! You will find everything friendly service at the dining room too, breakfast buffet was good as well as the dinner buffet. The room service options were very tasty, made freshly and delivered promptly.

Cons: The hill back up to the hotel after a long day hiking with tired legs ;)

Pros: The location to Petra was perfect. It was such a quick walk to and from the main entrance.

Cons: WiFi didn’t work, electricity went out during morning hours - breakfast was in the dark and the hallways were dark. Those are first world problems though. Overall, everything was fine.

Pros: The hotel is spotless and everything is brand new. The location is good being next to the Petra entrance. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, which is impressive because the hotel was extremely quiet. We didn’t see another guest either day / night that we were there. Tourism is way down in Jordan due to instability in other countries but Jordan is perfectly safe, and in fact, now is a great time to visit Petra as there are very few tourists.

Pros: It's very close to Petra entrance and the view from the balcony is amazing. Raja was helping us to plan our Petra visit and gave very good tips, he also recommended us very good restaurant for the evening. We were allowed late check out and it was amazing to see how the staff went an extra mile to make our stay perfect.
