Pros: The welcome from the guy on reception was excellent! Full of knowledge and very friendly. Sandeep helped us with our luggage and room. So very helpful! And finally, Our waiter Moh at breakfast was fantastic. Hospitality was just brilliant. His pancakes and coffees were delicious. This hotel is blessed to have such a great team. Excellent hotel, a short walk from Petra main entrance

Pros: A lovely hotel very close to Petra. The staff were excellence I could not be more helpful. It is no more than a five minute walk to the Petra front entrance. Rooms were very nice and I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: The hotel is situated next to the Visitor Center, so the position is excellent. All the shops and restaurants are around. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The team at breakfast was so kind and attentive. The hotel deserves another star.

Excellent stay and a short walk from the Petra Visitor Centre.

Pros: Excellent property with very friendly management team. The restaurant Manager Ahmed and his team Happy and Sandeep were incredible. They looked after us very well with our special vegetarian meals. It is just few steps away from the Petra Visitors Centre.

Perfect Location for Petra visit

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about a three minute walk to the visitor centre for Petra. Breakfast starts at 6.30am so we were able to have a quick bite to eat and walk into Petra almost as soon as it opened. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a free private car park that is just outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the breakfast staff gave me his coat as we were sitting outside and he thought I might be cold ! There were free soft drinks and snacks in the mini bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is great value for money.
